Tru dat. I worked at Sears for a couple of years while I was in college. I was on commission and I learned my stuff. I figured that because I was being paid commission and people were coming to me with questions, I needed to know all I could know to help people out. Hey, in the end it helped me get more sales and therefore more money.

However, Sears has started thinking like BB and lowered their base pay and they consistently have been lowering their commission rates, as well. The way I see it, if they're going to pay little and there's no commission, what incentive do I have to actually learn about the product? Very little.

I steer clear of any teenagers who think they know everything but in reality are nonks - noobs of no knowledge
