It depends what the price tag said. If it says it should have been $4.99 then he should have gotten it for free. But if the tag says $10.99 for example, then he would have gotten it for $0.99. The $10 is taken off the advertised price, not the price it scans in at.

Yeah got the cancellation emails from both BB and FS. Was expecting them anyways. Though there is an "error" on the Best Buy email. It says "As a token of our appreciation and sincere thanks for your loyalty to futureshop.ca".

Yeah, mine came from futureshop.ca as well even though it was a BB order.

Would the code work on either site? I know the stores are connected (owned by the same company?), but I was never sure how it worked.
