Wow! Can't wait for this. Especially so I can get rid of my exsisting Can Pans Lab with the ugly ass blue banner.

I joined the group buy for the Mondo edition but I still think Zavvi's steelbook is the best design by far. I absolutely hate the Canadian release.

Looks like it comes with just about all the special features as the US New Line Cinema release does.

I like the way the interior art and discs match/blend together. More steelbooks need to do that.

For a Mondo Steelbook this one really isn't that impressive compared to the Drive or Looper one

I have the UK steel but will gladly ditch it for a Mondo

I started a thread in the wish list section to discuss future releases/wish list for Mondo steels if anyone wants to discuss it

I actually like the zavvi steel, but the mondo ones looks cooler to my eyes. Will buy it but still keep the zavvi.

I made a promise to my wife and therapist that I won't have more than 1 copy of a movie so I have to choose and I wanna collect all of the Mondo x steels so I am going with it. I do own 2 copies of Dazed & Confused though lol (Criterion & Iconic Art steel)

I wish my wife would run off with my therapist so I could buy all the steels I want without "hearing about it."

Yep, I agree. Zavvi does have the best front art. Struzan perfectly captured the essence of the film, imo. Beautiful poster.

Too bad Zavvi's steelbook is matte, region B locked, and the back art is a BTS photo.

I 111% agree. Holy crap that Steelbook would have been beyond gorgeous. I don't even use that word in most cases, but gorgeous it would be.

Ugh, I'm a huge fan of Struzan's work, but the back of the Zavvi steelbook sort of ruins the whole thing. I'm also not a huge fan of putting that particular creature on the front of a steelbook. Decisions, decisions... I might end up going with the Mondo anyway and start a Mondo collection.

Apologize for MS Paint level photoshop, but I threw this together real fast at work.
