Seen both and went with Bunny Lake due to the fact that I really dig the cinematography on that one and it is blu-ray afterall. Man Hunt is a really good movie though.

Although I think the largest sum I have paid for goods is 115 euros. Maybe I would pay now since I'm considering of ordering Blurays of 170 euros worth? ![]() If anyone has purchased for a larger sum from Europe please let us know.. |

Personally, neither film was great, but both are good. I love Fritz Lang, but Man Hunt was one of his lear impressive to me. Bunny Lake is a twisty little film, not completely satisfying in the conclusion, but I'd probably pick that over the other.

I am not in Europe, but from what I've seen people post on the forums, it appears that the people who have run into issues with customs are almost exclusively the people who have paid extra for the upgraded shipping. I don't know if the declarations necessary for that method are more elevated or what it is that brings the extra scrutiny, but it seems like the standard shipping is the way to go if you're concerned about customs fees.

Royal Flash is a fun movie from Richard Lester, a very tongue-in-cheek picaresque adventure - very much in the same style and tone as Lester's Musketeers films. There are so many must-have titles coming from Kino and other studios that I didn't really go hog-wild this sale. Basically, I used the sale's savings to finance the purchase of a newer title. I would up with Major Dundee, Brannigan and Cover Girl, along with Lenny. Major Dundee was the only one I truly had to buy as it's normally a $34.95 title and with the exchange rate to Canada that's pretty high. |

I don't think it necessarily means it's under 500 copies (although it certainly could be), but I would think that it means it's been selling a decent but not overwhelming pace.

Although both films are set in England, they're really not comparable at all ... Man Hunt is a action-suspense-thriller about a hunter who has Hitler in his gunsights, but is captured by, escapes from, and then is pursued by, the Nazis. Bunny Lake is Missing is a mystery about a strange young woman who claims that her child has disappeared; however, during the course of the investigation, the police have reason to question whether the child is real, or simply a figment of the mother's imagination. They're both very well-made and worth owning, but Man Hunt is definitely, in my humble opinion, the superior film. |

He might be reacting to a point I've made that the $29.95 titles that are being offered for sale at $24.95 rather than at $19.95 are ones from the low-quantity list. Somehow, I spaced on Crimes and Misdemeanors as the lone exception. It could very well be that it's getting low, and as you say selling at a decent pace, but it probably hasn't dropped under 500 yet.

![]() I had it in my cart, about to order when it disappeared. If anyone has an extra copy they want to sell, let me know! I also have a copy of Christine that I may be interested in bargaining with. |

About an hour ago, TT posted a reply in the sale thread that Picnic is down to about 200 copies.
On edit: Just for the sake of clarity, I was referring to the sale thread on their Facebook page, not a thread here at blu-ray.com. Last edited by jayembee; 03-26-2015 at 08:40 PM. |

Just saw this on TT's Facebook:
For those of you who like to keep up on these things, according to SAE, the two most popular titles in the birthday promotion on the first day are Otto Preminger's BUNNY LAKE IS MISSING closely followed by Fritz Lang's MAN HUNT -- excellent choices! |

I might have to replace one of the other titles with Bunny Lake Is Missing in my planned second order, to hedge against it dropping onto the next LQA. |
