Any of you veterans want to help a newbie with the nightfall or level 30 strike tonight around 7:30? I've never done it so I'm sure I'm gonna be terrible. Is prefer to do it with people that know that instead of people that will get pissed. My Warlock is level 31 and my hunter is level 29 so I can only do it once I guess.

I need strange coins in a bad way. I need good guns and Ive never found an exotic engram and I've only gotten one legendary engram. I've had to buy my guns from the quartermaster and I've read that those are subpar to the ones you randomly get.

Yes, I have the Sony Golds.

I actually think that I play pretty well but my gun situation is atrocious. I've seen guys destroy entire rooms full of witches or bosses in seconds and I have to shoot them 157 times each(exaggerating but you get the point). I've got to get better guns if I'm going to ever be good at the game.

The more you play the game, the better chances you have at getting better equipment. Nightfalls, weeklies, completing bounties, and doing the raids will eventually land you much better stuff. Add me if ya want help with any of these. PSN below.

It's all about the burn. This week it's arc burn, so arc weapons will do somewhere in the neighborhood of 3X normal damage to enemies (IIRC). I remember early-on running the Devil's Lair nightfall on arc-burn with a guy who had Fatebringer (before I had any arc weapons). He tore through the entire strike practically on his own, and made me instantly fall in love with that gun.
