The German release is from Paramount same as US with separate 2D and 3D disks.

Isn't the UK release from EiV ? plus I am sure there were issues with it as wasn't it one of those combined 2D/3D masters where is you watch in 2D it shows only the left eye image. These can give PQ issues on some set ups.
