In all honesty I think she isn't bad to look at. But I don't think she really cares about any of this stuff - gaming or anime. I think she it as a paycheck which is fine. Might as well do it if you are good at it.

Just got a shipping notice from Rightstuf for Kill La Kill Vol.5 ltd, Gundam: The Origin, and the Aniplex US Madoka Rebellion; all for a princely sum of $250, or $315 of our Australian dollars. Never spent so much on one order. However, despite Gundam and KLK shipping, according to RS they are still waiting for pre-orders. Has anyone ordered and received these from RS?

I'm currently watching Majestic Prince and it's not the best anime, but it's great show.

yep, I received my copy of Noir from Amazon US today as well - and of course, the top right corner of the slip was crushed on both back and front, the bottom corners are all rounded, and the spine has a crease about 1/3 the length of the spine... typical slip damage from Amazon jiffy bag packaging. I think I'll just return it in a Jiffy bag to them, as well...

Well that's bad. Haven't had any troubles with amazon shipments lately, but indeed their packaging could be better. TRSI does it better but that also reflectie in the cost, 13,5$ compared to 7$ for amazon when sending it to Belgium.

Oh? I got my copy of Shout Factory's Escape from New York today from Amazon, also in the yellow bubble-mailer.
Lets take a look at dem corners:

That's only because Scream now shrink wrap their slips. Even then though they can still get dinged up. The shrinkwrap offers some protection but I have seen many were they have done it so tight it has damaged the slip.

Well consider yourself lucky as that is the LE and it pretty much hard to come by cheap anymore and in good condition.

I was very happy that they had it. It was only a few more $ than the standard blu-ray/dvd packs. But I'll be switching out the cases since they are the eco ones.

Got a couple of things today. Picked up Noir at Best Buy while I was getting Mortal Kombat X. They had it for a decent price, so I figured I'd pick it up.

As for Kill la Kill, I wasn't expecting it until next week, so it came as a surprise when I saw it in my mailbox.

That Ryuko smile was the thing I needed to pick me up for the rest of the day.

Nice my KlK is waiting for me when I get home. I still really need to pick up Yuru Yuri. Burned through FS's for that one in a couple of nights and loved every second of it.
