The Wizard of Oz & Jurassic Park were definitely not quick-conversions. They required time-consuming 3D human-judgement, placement-making decisions manual-conversion requires. Same with features like Pacific Rim, Titanic, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Guardians of the Galaxy, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Maleficent, Edge of Tomorrow, Godzilla, Need for Speed and many others.
IMO, semi-manual auto-quick conversion segments are in movies like Predator and Noah.
JVC auto-conversion station type post-effect conversion seems likely in i-Robot, Jumper, Banshee Chapter, Transcendance and My Soul to Take.
Aren't Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Banshee Chapter both native 3D? Banshee Chapter has excellent 3D and is most definitely not a quick auto convert. Same goes for Noah, excellent 3D.
