Spenser For Hire Warner Archive - Blu-ray Forum

Many thanks P & P for posting a pic of the rear boxart for Spenser: For Hire: Season 2. Looks very clear to me, but I have one question (and I'm not criticising you), did Barbara Stock appear in any second season episodes, as I thought she only appeared in the first and third seasons of the show (I hope that's not considered a spoiler)? I know Carolyn McCormick appeared in the second season.

I like the front cover artwork for the first season more than the second season front cover artwork, but the first and second season rear boxart I equally like.

Actually not sure about Barbara Stock but if she isn't in S2 unless maybe they cut back her role to fewer eps that would be interesting they put her on the back cover.

update first season EP 1 credits Barbara Stock is NOT on this EP. Checked WIKI she is NOT on S2!

P & P, have you watched any of the Season 2 set yet? Just asking about the transfer/picture quality of the episodes.

I also do like the Jadda logo at the end of every season 2 episode of Spenser: For Hire. It's also on season one of In the Heat of the Night (1988). And I will do my In the Heat of the Night parody videos on YouTube with The Fred Silverman Company logo, the Jadda Productions logo, and the MGM TV logos. But, I need the Spenser: For Hire season 2 DVD first. But I will buy it someday.

Sorry I forgot to check this thread....

I'm really behind in watching my TV shows!

I've only finished off Disc 1 of Season 2 and the quality as as good as Season 1 if not better. No dissapointment here at all.

and the Jadda logo is indeed after the end of each episode along with the WB logo of that era. (on the eps. I've watched so far)

Not sure about the logos at all until viewing these sets. Others may be able to chime in. I was young when the show aired but recalled I liked it back then, even if I didn't understand it all. Second season felt slower than the first. But I will buy the 3rd season when it comes out.

I wasn't aware of the TV movies... so I'd probably pass. Just liked some of the older Robert Urich shows like Swat, Vegas.
