only way to avoid that is to tell people to stop posting and creating numerous threads on the same subject. There were enough TDK threads created that no more should ever be created.
Its not perfect, the forum isnt either as we have regulars then there are casual posters that dont know alot about forums, Thats why the mods merge threads and do the best with what they can.

I think it neatens the forums and makes it easy to navigate without having 100 TDK threads
