For a Mattel Toy Line, I dont think Gotham Knight "real" Anime would work for 6 year olds.

The idea of Batman riding a robot T-rex is stupid, but for some reason, reading that the toy has a "belly jail" piques my interest. What's wrong with me? I haven't seen the first one yet, but I may check it out to gauge how these compare, quality wise, to the regular DCAU line.

I don't mean that, I just think they could tone down the stylisation so they can put more money and energy into making the animation smoother, more detailed and consistent.

I like there's another 10 different DC Nation episodes being included again. Looks like all the Green Arrow ones since I never saw those when aired on CN. Hopefully if they do a 3rd one of these that Wonder Woman 3 or 4 parter will be included.

For anyone interested, they have Batman Unlimited toys in the Happy Meals at McDonalds now. I picked one up last night for my son and the toys come with a $3 off coupon for either the Blu-Ray or DVD version of this. The coupon doesn't expire until 2/29/16 either which is plenty of time to wait for a good sale.

Obviously this isn't a deal for everyone I know but I think you can buy the toy without the meal for $2 so you'd still be getting another dollar taken off the price.
