Looking forward to The Shadow
Never seen The Shadow but it sounds interesting, also Alec Baldwin. I myself am excited for their release of Fist of Fury and The Way of the Dragon, provided they aren't merely upscaled versions like their release of Operation Condor.

Me neither, but it ticks a lot of my boxes and at £9 I can't go wrong.

The Bruce Lee films? Used to love them, have them all 2 disc special edition DVDs. I did upgrade ETD as the 40th a.e was once in 3 for £17 on amazon. I'll wait and see for the others as some of their blus don't get great reviews (TMNT). Also would wait until they included Game of Death & Big Boss (I think they're releasing this?)

Yes, they're releasing all 4 of the Lee films. A boxset would be nice (although the Bruce Lee titles will also be getting steelbooks most likely), but I don't particularly like The Big Boss or Game of Death, plus I already have the 30th Anniversary DVD boxset from Hong Kong Legends if I ever want to revisit those two titles.

Other releases in their Hong Kong Heroes line-up seem to be:

When Taekwondo Strikes (1973); Armour of God (1986); Legacy of Rage (1986); Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (1991). They're also releasing The Cannonball Run and Cannonball Run II but no news yet whether these will also be in the HKH line.

I like Bruce Lee, but not a fan of HK cinema tbh.

Cannonball, this was a favourite and always watched over bank holidays. If they were £5 great, but I saw preorders at £19.99. No chance for me. I doubt they hold up that well, especially II and Dom Deluise

Lol, I suppose the quality of Mediumrare's previous releases has everyone staying clear

HK Cinema can be pretty hit and miss at times, although there are some definite classics, Bruce Lee's films and those by John Woo are great examples.

There release of High Road To China was one of the worse Blu ray's i have ever seen, awful quality. The problem with the HK films they have is that the Golden Harvest catalogue is held by Fortune Star and most of there releases elsewhere in the world have been poor upscales, so unless new transfers are done these will be the same sadly.

True. I own Fortune Star's releases of A Better Tomorrow II and III and frankly they're two of the worst looking blu-rays in my collection!
