Is it really that hard to cast actors that can actually pull off looking like the Fantastic Four?

Last time I checked Reed Richards wasn't someone who was that young.

Also why is Johnny Storm black?

Last time I checked he wasn't black.

Susan Storm & The Thing don't look too bad but the other two...
