i dont think we be seeing DK in Dec. It is still going fairly strong in the box office now and should probably be staying in cinemas until mid-late Sept. Early Jan release is probable.
I have stopped buying older Blus recently and just waiting for these new-releases. I should have my terminator sarah chronicles series today from Amazon!!! ![]() |

I've had to reconsider some pre-orders because I already had around 30 discs on the wish list and I am leaning towards restricting purchases to "the deals." Universal's growing list of three-packs puts the individual discs at much more palatable pricing—anywhere from $12-$17. I think the studios are reaching a saturation point for the last quarter or so of the year. I have grown indifferent to the "must-have" new releases priced at $27.95 because I know that there will likely be post-holiday deals offered up at nearly half those prices. I just have to be patient—there will be plenty of other goodies to buy.

like all of Kubrick's films after Dr. Strangelove will be released but Barry Lyndon... this needs to come soon. |

Firefly will put a small dent in my checkbook in November. I'm not buying it but....Kung Fu Panda?
As for TDK, I can see it coming out the first week or two of December, still plenty of time to buy it before Christmas. It would be a smart money move for the studio. |

let's not forget Wall-E and the other pixar flick that's supposed to accompany it. november will be fine. I'm waiting for Fox's catalog plans for the 4th quarter. it seems them and paramount don't having much planned.
