I'm really excited about this. Not that we'll reach this level of realism on PS3, but developers will continue to push the envelope forward. The company that worked on Emily, has been developing motion capture technology for several years. Recently their technology and work has been applied to GTA IV and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. If you check out their web site, you'll see a different test demo as well. It's not to the level of Emily, but it probably has a better shot of being attainable on PS3 than Emily.
