If Home Alone 2 gets a Columbus / Culkin track like the first, I'll buy whatever 20th Century Fox puts it in.

Interesting packaging, but I wish it'd come with a full size poster of Buzz's girlfriend.

Woof!

What a crock! To put the effort into doing a package like this, ALL the films should be on Blu-ray. At the very least, Home Alone 3 should be deserving of its own Blu-ray disc with the more recent TV movie offerings being doubled up on one.

I've already got the two-pack of the first two films on Blu-Ray, and they're the only ones I think are worth owning. If the first movie gets a release using the 4K scan, I might double dip on it, otherwise I'm fine with what I've got.

I agree. The rest are garbage, IMO.

My favorite films from John Hughes will always be Planes, Trains, and Automobiles and Vacation. It's always hysterical to see Steve Martin and Chevy Chase get absolute sh_t luck in them.

Interesting concept for the packaging. Not for me but hey people buy steelbooks so why not a tin can?

It's almost unsettling to think more time has past between when this film came out and now than when man first walked on the moon to this film's release. Can still remember the house full of friends erupting in a roar the first time Kevin uses the film to scare off the pizza guy.

A plastic spider? Why? What the hell is someone supposed to do with that?

Can't wait for the 30th anniversary edition! It includes 4K remasters of all the Home Alone films, a milk-stained plane ticket with "Kevin" written on it, a plastic dove ornament, some scraped off pigeon crap off of the Pigeon Lady's coat, a stolen toothbrush, an actual slice of Little Nero's Pizza, some stuck-together loose change, and Harry's tooth. It all comes in a VHS case of Angels with Filthy Souls.

Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals.

That would be great. Hopefully they have a separate BD planned for this year as well, as I'm not buying a damn paint can to get it lol Since it's another with a new CE, I wonder if The Rocky Horror Picture show also has a remastered transfer?

Just need 20th Century Fox to announce something similar about that Die Hard set and I'll be happy.

I had no idea there was a 3, 4 and 5 of Home Alone. I don't have the first 2 on bluray.. so I might buy this.

Like I said, I'd be willing to double dip if the PQ was an improvement, but I'll pass unless it's available separately. I've got Home Alone 2 on Blu-Ray already (and it doesn't look like they're doing anything different for that release, based on what little we've seen so far), and I don't have any interest on buying the other three sequels (not even Fox seems to care much about them either; they aren't even bothering to upgrade them to Blu for those whom would want them).
