Penny Dreadful season 2 when can we expect it in the UK ?

I can not believe This not getting a Blu-Ray release in the UK. Lets wait and see because to not release This on Blu is just damn weird. On Amazon uk the season 1 Price for both the Blu and dvd Seem to suggest that dvd do not sell as good as the Blu for This show. That is even more mystifying if there is no Blu release of This in UK. Germany is releasing s2 of Ray Donovan in september so if UK does not get This i think Germany will.

And are we even sure the US set is region coded too. On the backcover there is no region A logo at all. If its locked they usually show its locked on the backcover

How can we contact them to see if its just amazons trigger happy Pre-order again and that a Blu is coming too ?
