The Japanese release of Lost Highway is no longer including a DVD with Dumbland. That was a 1st pressing only.

New release is same disc 1, no DVD, no slip, translucent smoke colored case. But for 12$ I'm happy.

I don't have the 6 pack but people say it is better than the solo U.S. release.

It should be noted that the JP package states 1080p.

Prolly it was amazon.de exclusive for a short period of time, so you're both correct

EDIT: It's just the box set including all 5 parts (Legacy edition) which is "amazon.de exclusive"

How do these compare to the DE disc in terms of PQ?

Yeah only boxset for now on 4. Australia and Germany and upcoming US. Nordic was rumoured but haven't seen any proof.

If you look at the actual photos, it's one BD and two DVDs. The uncut version is on the first DVD.
