I am as well. Last time I pre-ordered from them, my order shipped two days after release date. I believe it was for "State of Grace" a couple months ago.

SAE just started shipping yesterday and it can take a week or more for them to pack and ship all of the TT orders based on past experience.

No. My SAE order shipped, but my Twilight Time (Cinram) has not.

It would be interesting to know what the ratio is between SAE and TT/Cinram orders since that would also have an effect on how fast all orders are fulfilled. But I realize that information probably would not be released for various reasons.
