For the record, I love American Psycho.

I caught some of Mr Brooks years ago, but don't remember. So I'll check this out tonight.

I don't see 'American Psycho' as one of its "similar titles" here on Blu-ray.com's page, so I'm surprised.

I hated American Psycho but I liked this movie quite a bit.

But I saw both YEARS ago. No guarantee I still feel the same way about either of them.

In your opinion. Like the other poster, I hated American Psycho as well, worth a watch sure, But I like Mr Brooks way more. I thought it was vary clever imo.

My problem with it is that its full of bad actors. The only good actor is William Hurt, but the subplot with Moore's character and the escaped killer made the movie too messy. It felt like the original script was rewritten to give Moore a bigger role.

Just watched last night.
I give Mr Brooks a 3.5 out of 5, while I give American Psycho a 5 out of 5.
Again, I'm only comparing because I was told they are similar.

I wouldn't mind owning the Blu of Mr Brooks. But I see there are three versions. Are they all the same transfer?

Both Mr. Brooks and American Psycho are outstanding films in my book. Both very different from eachother though. I love when Kevin Costner plays characters that are against type such as villains and antiheroes.

Based on the data on each of the pages for those three discs, it would seem they all have the same encode so they're just re-issues/repackages. The only difference is the cover. I have the one on the right. Given the options, I'd stick with the one on the right if I were buying it for the first time today.

Both flicks are in dire need of a collectors edition. American Psycho the most!

Been on a bit of a Kevin Costner kick as of late, so I just ordered a copy off Hamilton Books.

Ended up being $10 after shipping and taxes.
