No wonder you spotted the firefly shirt in my pickle picture, lol. Nice gun! I might watch that show again, I hate that it's so short but at least I can go through the whole thing quickly.

You noticed the gun, how about the pillow on the far right?

The gun is one of my favorite memorabilia pieces. Has a real good weight to it and the finish is superb. Tell Ashley to gift you one.

I havent seen it in two years either. As good a time as any. Only 9 hours! Follow up with the film and its a great way to spend a day.

Lol, I had to force her to watch the show, then she ended up loving it! She would just take this if I bought it......right pickles?

I couldn't tell what i was looking at until you pointed it out, but yeah, thats cool too.

I can't have things like that. With 3 kids in the house one would be swinging the light saber deflecting bullets the other ones are trying to shoot from the gun.

Oh, you moved the Epik, and good choice on the Denon, you can never go wrong with them IMO. I've always wanted to try having a larger sub near-field like that (vs something like basshakers). I've done it with a 10" sealed and the results were promising, but it wasn't a very powerful sub. I haven't had Audyssey in 5 years now (used to have a PR-SC886 Onkyo preamp), but I do miss the Dynamic EQ feature since I don't watch at ref levels. Audyssey calibration and DEQ really got the sub shaking the room, and at the time my single MFW-15 made my jeans flap from 15' away! I wish I could'a tried out Hawkmoon under those conditions.

I have the little brother of your Empire, the Legend, in my mancave which passed the 4 year mark in March. I'll be moving my PS4 into that room once I get the PS4 TTK bundle. I'll move the Legend near-field, and I also have an old Onkyo 807 that's been boxed up for a while that I'm waiting to put to use, as well as a 2nd 600W RMS 12" isobaric sealed sub. Can't wait, Audyssey should be able to do something with them being that they're not identical subs. Audyssey + that much power should be wicked in a 10 x 13 room. Hawkmoon is gonna be a HAWKBOOM lol.

I've wanted the Vex from practically the moment I became aware of exotics and with TTK right around the corner, set to make it irrelevant outside of PVP, I figured I would never get to try it... AND THEN ONE DROPPED, WOOP! It feels like an especial relief, after I seemed to have such bad luck for so long. Running the Nightfalls three times without getting a single exotic, etc Getting the same damn stuff in PVP, PoE, Normal Raids etc I was getting so damn burnt out.

Due to how much we struggled on VOG Hard - the Oracle part with Atheon bugged to hell, cages were appearing inside the Timestreams and the Oracles and Supplicants wouldn't take damage - I didn't finish it until like 2:30 am? So I only got the chance to play one PVP match with it but it was a beast from the first moment with no perks upgraded at all.

It's really hard to aim, worse than any auto rifle, but I see the entire tree near enough is built around making it more stable so that is fine with me. I was able to take down Radiant Warlocks, Unstoppable Titan and be the second to fire and come out on top, don't think I've ever managed to achieve that in PVP. Not under ordinary means, anyway.

I also got two awesome Exotic Chest armours for my Warlock too from Xur earlier thanks to his Engrams, so my Warlock is getting to be a real beast for me. Not a big fan of Sunsinger right now because I haven't unlocked self-res but I love the Voidwalker and I'm sure I'll love Sun once the fusion grenades and res has unlocked.

"I seemed to have such bad luck for so long." You've completed 6 raids. 6. That's really a drop in the bucket. If you think you had to wait long to get an exotic, you should talk to other members here and ask them how long it took to get things. You really haven't put much time into this game.

Why is it that whenever I post anything in this thread, you feel the need to respond every time with some sort of "correction" to what I said? You play the game how you play the game, and that works for you, but I'm sharing my experience so how about you just let that be?

I run with friends who get an exotic from every Nightfall they run, who get at least one exotic for every other hard raid they run too. I'm sorry there are people with worse luck than mine but from my own personal experience with the game, I don't know anyone else with worse luck. That is why I was overjoyed to get a new exotic and one so damn good, probably the best I've gotten since about a month ago when I got a Last Word from a Nightfall.

I've had the game since day 1. Took 8/9 months for my first Ghorn. Took about 6 months for my first Vex. Still don't have a fatebringer. Still don't have a 4th horseman. Still don't even have a no land beyond.

You've been playing 2-3 months?? That's a drop in the bucket compared to what I've put in. And I'm nowhere near as hardcore as some guys in here!!!

I've played from Alpha and had my first gally since week 2 retail because I bought it from Xur like everyone else should have

But who cares, it's only a game. And it's worthless now anyway

Moral of the story screw RNG. An play at least 400hours before complaining about not getting something

Like I say, I've got friends who have played only a month or two longer than I and they have about twice as many exotics as me. These sob stories about how long you've been playing are unnecessary, my gripe with my bad luck with RNG was not even the purpose of the post.
