You're right, I don't have much old french classic movies in my BR collection. Well, I don't have much classic from anywhere actually, 89 % of my collection is after 2000's

Mainly because I have them in DVD, my BR-budget is big enough, and I avoid buying them again... Probably a mistake for some of them which are remastered but I have a lot on my hands with recent movies so, that's right, not very well balanced between contemporary movies and classics

You have some great titles and an impressive amount of movies in your collection, so for that I applaud you. However, with a collection of this size, categorizing them in only steelbooks and animation and leaving the rest as OWNED leaves us with an incomplete feeling. My OCD is kicking in and going beserk over your collection.

Also, I've never seen a collection with as many covers turned sideways and at different angels. That's also making my OCD go nuts, LOL. Are you uploading your own images? If not, then I guess you can't help that, but I've never seen a collection with this many turned in so many different directions.

For titles and film selections, I give you a 9/10.
For presentation, I have to go lower: 6/10

That leaves an over all score of 7.5/10

I like your collection, we have a lot of common titles, and as far as categorizing goes, I sure have a lot to learn from you, you got a lot of categories !
So I'll give a 8,5 for your collection.

But I have absolutly no idea on that "covers turned sideways" stuff you're talking about in my collection ???
Are you sure it doesn't come from your side ? Coz all i do is adding movies to my collection ! I don't touch the images
Unless you're talking about my galleries ?
Anyway, as far as my collection goes, I will follow your advice and categorize a bit more Imagine, 1 month ago I had no categories at all

For a collection that size you definitely have some very good movies in the sci-fi/horror genres. You could always expand here and there, but overall I like what I see. And I LOVE that ParaNorman HMV exclusive! 8.0/10
