It appears that the DVD is now out of print as well, so it's a possibility.

Is the UK Blu-ray cut versus the OOP Canadian version?

No, it's just region locked.

The Only Angels Have Wings blu-ray is no longer available on TCM's storefront and is going for high prices on Amazon.

Wow! I am so glad I grabbed it a while back when TCM had it on sale for $14.95!

Like neo_reloaded said, it is uncut, but Region B locked. I never did a direct comparison between the UK and Canadian discs but believe image/audio quality was comparable.

It's been awhile since I really looked into it, but I think I made the decision to get the UK one vs. the Canadian one based on the extras the UK one had that the Canadian one did not. But both are uncut and perfectly fine from the perspective of the main feature.

Yeah I owned the UK release first but once a Region A copy was available I sold it and picked up the Canadian release. At the time it was my only region B disc, and I didn't yet see the need to keep my Region free player, so I sold it and the film. (something I now wish I hadn't done)

Looks like the Conan the Barbarian / Conan the Destroyer FR steelbook has gone OOP. I have added it. If anyone wants to get the Conan the Barbarian the way it should look and sound I would order this from the 3rd parties now before the price gets out of hand.

That FR steelbook has the only version of Conan the Barbarian on BD that contains the extended international cut with the proper music cues and the night filter during Conan's chase with the wolves. The rest of the BDs in the world are wrong.

As I said above the FR steelbook is the only way to get Conan the Barbarian correctly.

Looks like the Conan the Barbarian steelbook is back in stock on amazon.fr. If you haven't bought it I suggest you do.

Not completely sure if they are OOP, but, Best Buy links say "No Longer Available".

We'll know soon enough... All the titles listed currently have a "Only X left--- More on the Way!" message. So we'll see if more show up or if that's it. Under the Bed is a good film too, sad if that one goes out of print.

It appears that the majority of XLrator's releases are officially discontinued, but that makes me believe that they're either getting a new distributor, or they are going completely out of business. I'd guess the prior. Almost all of their titles being discontinued all at once (and not just the few titles mentioned here) is something bigger than them simply losing the rights to a title or two.
