Good catch. Either UHD or some online streaming service I'd imagine.

Is it? I may get two copies of this then. Whatever metal version is and the bonus disk one. I have the collection from this summer so I can ditch the packaging on one and put it in that.

So glad this movie is coming out soon! My favorite of the year!

The cover art doesn't really impress me. I love the poster, but the format of it really irks me. Specifically talking about the 3D version. I'm pretty sure this wont be a lenticular cover and I absolutely hate the border.

But it doesn't matter much... I think so far, I'm getting four versions and possibly the tin, depending on how it looks. I should probably sell all the extra discs and codes.

But I can't wait to own this movie!

Is anyone going for the Walmart exclusive lunchbox set? I think that's the one I'm going for. Hopefully they have more than 4 in-stock.

That's not true. I loved the first and enjoyed the next two and this one left me scratching my head with some of the dumb stuff in it. I like my dinos wild, not trained...I could go on forever on how dumb this movie was.

You do know that this more accurately depicts the Dino's as how they most likely were back when they were originally around...
The Dinos in JP1,2,3 were vicious and had no herd social structure. There were no pack rules, no years of being taught by other dinos. They were pretty much mindless and set about without knowing anything. They had to learn for themselves and none of them behaved how they would have, had they been around others of their species.

Besides, this movie had plenty of wild dinos...

Nobody really knows how dinos acted. They even have a hard time really knowing how some actually looked (hence the debate about raptors with feathers). They speculate because of the fossils and bones they find. Since Raptors have razor sharp teeth and claws, you have to assume they were carnivore predators and not something you can actually train like a dog. And don't even get me started on
[Show spoiler]how that woman outran a Rex in her high heels, let alone come up with the stupid plan of releasing it in the first place! lol

Really hope that Target bonus disc will also be offered with the 3D version, but I doubt it will be

To be fair, the first movie had some "dumb" moments too. How about when they all go to the T-Rex enclosure, which is clearly at ground level, but when Dr. Grant and the kids are trying to get away the ground of the enclosure is suddenly hundreds of feet below them.
Jurassic Park is one of my favorite movies of all time, but it's certainly no Oscar-Winner. If anything, I thought the dumb moments in JW were sort of parodying the original. I don't blame you for disliking JW, but I feel like there are other more relevant reasons for calling it bad.

Oh there are tons of other relevant reasons, but I didn't feel like typing out a list lol. Those were the 2 that popped in my mind first.

Cover art is not a big deal to me as I'll add it the 3D edition to the new box set

Yeah, as much as I enjoyed the film, I thought most of the characters were either annoying or lackluster, especially when compared to the memorable characters of the first film. I was also disappointed by the CGI: it wasn't bad really, but it didn't look as realistic as I hoped it would. But I did really enjoy the overall idea of a modern Jurassic Park ("World"), and the action was really awesome. I'm going to wait to see what the "Limited-Edition Packaging" looks like or what the Target Exclusive Bonus Disc has to decide if this it a Day 1 buy for me.

Default JW Limited Edition Gift Set

Does anyone know if the Indominus Vs. T-Rex statue gift set will be available for purchase in stores? No doubt I'm gonna get it, but I'd actually prefer to select my own box in store than possibly getting a damaged box from Amazon. Hope it's as cool as it looks.
