Per forum rules:

The Definition of a "FULL CODE" means that literally no redemption has been made using said code on ANY participating service. Full Code does not dictate UV/iTunes only if there are other participating services involved including but not limited to Flixter, Google Play, Amazon, Windows Media, etc.

It can confusing for sure.

I've used it before when I am unsure how many redemptions are on a particular code to let the person know that I have not redeemed anything on it.

Does anyone know for sure if Scorpion Season 1 blu will have a UV code?

It seems like it has always been advertised to include UV, but over the weekend all the retailers changed their listing. Vudu also removed the option to redeem. Seems very odd.

It seems there is an issue with CBS/Paramount tv shows. Vudu has removed redeem and UV rights. This includes shows like Scorpion, Madam Secretary, Big Bang Theory S8, etc.

I also noticed that "The Knick" / HBO (which I believe had the Ultraviolet logo a few days ago?) no longer has it...

People said Vampire Diaries and NCIS New Orleans did the same thing, but became UV today. Anyone that redeemed them prior to today have a mess. (They had to redeem elsewhere and aren't getting all episodes. They aren't getting responses from Paramount either.)

why are you spreading misinformation as fact? Vudu has never had an option to redeem Scorpion, Madam Secretary or BBT s8 (big bang will most likely be on release day) - newer shows sometimes take 1 week or so for the redeem option to show up while the UV rights sometimes takes 24-48 hrs. There is no issue with CBS/Paramount TV shows, this happens all the time.

Vampire Diaries s6 was not redeeming until today so again where are you getting your information why would you call Paramount when you can contact the provider i.e. Vudu or Flixster??

I apologize, that was not my intention at all. Scorpion did have a place to redeem... I specifically looked it up last week when questions were raised about other shows. Can't say for certain about the others. As far as the CBS/Paramount comment, I was repeating problems people were having last week. These people have been in discussions to resolve those issues with Paramount.

Again apologizes. I was trying to get more information, not create problems for anyone.

To my knowledge it has never gone UV - an easy way to check is if it is in your locker as if a title goes UV at any point it will be in UVVU locker ...

it will eventually go UV but for some reason or another they never acquired the rights yet at Vudu ...

My card says Digital HD UltraViolet UV + iTunes. I sold the UV so I can't confirm it 100%. HBO makes you redeem it through Flixster so i assume like other HBO releases like Game of Thrones, the Flixster part is UV. No Vudu option that I see on the hbo redeem site.

EDIT: I believe Samukas asked me about it when I was selling by PM, so I guess he wants someone else's opinion which is fine

They could have had issues with the redeem link so they took it down till they got it resolved... with any TV shows rule of thumb is to wait to redeem until its UV enabled and there is a proper link at least that is what i do

My only issue is that based on the info you provided in the target thread and then in other places I almost canceled my order I ended up staying the course but i would of kicked myself for cancelling seeing it was pricematched and the price has since gone up

you can still redeem it on vudu though and when it goes UV it will transfer

just to add there are 2 options - if you want it in your UVVU locker then redeem on flixster - if you want it on vudu then redeem on vudu but it will eventually transfer

I am truly sorry. I had a lot of info leading me to there possibly being an issue... So I was trying to get info for myself, as well as give others a heads up.

Over the weekend, all retailers removed digital copy from the title & description. Then Vudu & Flixster removed the redeem options. At the same time, friends of mine were having issues with other shows. Vudu directed them to Paramount. (I now believe whomever they spoke with at Vudu gave them misinformation.) I just spoke with Vudu myself, and was told the "Deluxe servers are down. And this is where redemptions occur." I am not sure what that means, but apparently they are addressing some issue.

I am glad you didn't miss out because of me!
