I'm pretty bothered by the fact the new raid will drop 3 days after The Taken King's release. How are we supposed to do the missions on all of our characters and start exploring? Or do they just want us to grind through everything like usual?

I was really hoping the raid would drop at least a week or two after the release so, you know, we can adjust to what is essentially becoming a brand new game. We can explore new worlds, quests, strikes, missions, etc.

Well...this is essentially true, too. The more bounties you do, the higher your chance for them to pop up.

I've done all of the Vanguard / Eris bounties daily, on two characters, for about 2 weeks. Within that time I have gotten Exotic bounties 4 times from the Vanguard and once from Eris upon turn in. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 times the same old 3 showed up, as in Thorn, Juju and Invective. The last time, I finally got the last two (Super Good Advice and Pocket Infinity) and ended up going with SGA for now.

Why can't you explore and just not play the raid for a week??

That's what I'm aiming for. I'll need to speak to my clan, but I know some were pissed off that the raid was delayed to begin with.

Just soloed Crota's End all the way up to Crota himself using my Hunter. My previous tries I kept on dying at the Deathsinger. Pretty proud of myself, as it's not an easy accomplishment. I'm at Crota if anyone wants to give me help.

I'm just taking my time no matter what and getting to the raid when I feel like it. Same thing I did with VOG. I don't want to rush my experience this time. We probably have around 3 months before the next DLC drops anyways to occupy our time with Oryx.

Ok. I finally bought the two DLCs from PSN. Now I can wait till TTK is on sale, hopefully.

did you just pay $35-$40 for two DLCs and are going to wait for the $40 DLC to go on sale, when you could have purchased all 3 for $50-60? If I were you I'd contact Sony for a refund.

Alternatively, there will be a ton of people with extra DLC codes they have no use for in 12 days.

Looks like I'll be on tonight due to our travel plans being delayed, I'll be leaving Friday afternoon instead.

I'd like to do the 32 & 34 POE tonight if anyone is going to be on to help me out. Then I can check to see what Xur will have for the weekend before I take off just in case he's selling an exotic handgun.

I can't believe I'm actually chasing NLB. I must have had 4-5 drop over the months, and inadvertently dismantled the one I had leveled up to hold onto a month or so back. Technically, I guess my exotic collection isn't complete (again) until I get this PoS back in my inventory. Hopefully I will be able to get the blueprint, but announcements have been unclear regarding whether you actually need to have the exotic I your possession when TTK drops.

Payed 39 dollars, but everything is expensive in Denmark on PSN.
Here the TKK legendary disc is 75 dollars!

The TKK alone is 45 dollars on PSN here.
