Honestly...it would be cheaper to buy a new receiver. HDMI switchers alone with no upconversion are pretty expensive, some $200+ for a 3 out 1 in. Add upconversion then you are better off buying a better receiver. Plus you are never going to get true 1080p since the signal going in is downconverted to 1080i at the receiver level, and then again upconverted to 1080p at the switch.
