1. Last Crusade (I can't say no to Sean Connery)
2. Raiders (Very close, if it wasn't for Sean in Last Crusade...this would tower above the rest)
3. Crystal Skull
4. Temple of Doom (lady only here because she sleeping with director...)

This is a tough one for me...

I like the first three for different reasons.

I felt the fourth was trash.

My favorite is Temple of Doom, probably because it was the first one I saw. Nothing beats first impressions and nostalgia

I like Raiders also very much, and it is probably the best movie of the four.

Last Crusade was a disappointment, because it felt like a palid carbon copy of Raiders. The only redeeming factor was Sean Connery.

Crystal Skull I put in third place, very close after Temple. It is more original than Last Crusade, but has more flaws than Raiders and Temple storywise and actingwise. Still very enjoyable.

i'd go with indiana jones and the last crusade. indiana jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull would be second for me. i find parts of radiers of the lost ark laughable too much for me to rate it too, too high.

The Last Crusade. I'm in love with that blonde chick.

Crystal Skull of course! Nothing says adventure and swashbuckling like gophers and surviving an atomic blast in a fridge......

Temple of Doom was trying too hard to be outlandish.. with the table scene (monkey brains, bugs, etc-- PUH-LEASE..) and the beating heart in the hand.. it was all quite childish in its 'shock value'.

The lead woman and the fem prince were annoying to no end. That film was a HUGE step back in the genre, IMO.

The best is the first. Raiders was perfect in almost every way.

Last Crusade was a close second. I really liked the relationship between Indy and his dad. And the way it brought some of the former characters back in to the story. And, it was an entertaining plot. MUCH more in line with the feel of the first one again.

I haven't seen the most recent one, so I can't comment there. But I've heard it was kinda "meh".

Regardless, I will be buying all of them.

mine is raiders of lost ark http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082971/

Raiders of the Lost Ark followed closely by The Last Crusade. I haven't seen The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull yet, and I'm not a fan of The Temple of Doom.

WHAT! No love for Crystal Skulls.

My favorite is the 1st one introduced Indy to the audiences to this franchise.

Can't wait for the 5th film starring Shia Lebouf ( mis-spelled? ).

Couldn't have said it better myself!!

Plus, of all four films, the first movie has the coolest title

So Seeing someone swing vine to vine with monkey's sporting hairdo's exactly like Shia labeouf? Yeah I guess that's not laughable at all...

I like Last Crusade, simply cause I like the dynamic of Ford and Connery, as well as the tone, it's a near perfect balance of humor and character stuff that an action film needs. Although you can't argue that Raider is a classic. That's the perfect action film.

Temple of Doom and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull are both neck and neck as my least favourite, although Temple is probably just a hair ahead of Crystal Skull on my list of favourites. It was dark and never really got into it. And Crystal Skull did have fun, but wasn't what I wanted from a fourth Indy film.

I can't stand Short Round and Kate Capeshaw isn't exactly the most pleasant actor either.
