99-cent HD Rental of the Week (iTunes, Amazon, and occasionally VUDU and misc.)

The reason I didn't is because iTunes has a weekly 99-cent rental, which Amazon always price-matches but VUDU rarely does.

Do you know if VUDU has its own 99-cent rentals every single week? I can always add them to this thread, but I'm not sure how to go about changing the subject header.

Vudu used to have a daily changing 99 cents rental. However, they stopped that a while ago. Now they seem to have them only once in a while (and not necessarily advertised on their front page).

Edit: You have to contact a Mod (easiest way is to report your own OP ) to get the thread title changed.

What I'll do for now is add VUDU to the OP if they price-match the iTunes/Amazon 99 cent deal of the week. If that starts happening enough, I'll request a thread title change. Ditto for any separate 99 cent deals. Since those are random, I'll have to gauge if they happen often enough to necessitate a thread change. Also, there is a great VUDU deals thread right under mine, so I don't want to step on their toes. (I agree with you though: VUDU is one of the best of the services.)

Edit: The VUDU deal for SpongeBob was just added to the OP itself. I thought I did that yesterday, but I guess I forgot to "save" the edited thread afterward.
