Happens at every NFL stadium! Fact!

Edit: VV
Three times I went to see the Eagles play at Dallas, in the early 2000's. All three times had rude Dallas fans throwing things, calling names, threatening violence...even had a few escorted out of the stadium it was so bad! So yeah, it happens everywhere!
I was smart enough not to wear my Philly Jersey after each game!

Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles - 12/10/1995...

My dad was on a business trip in Philly and got us game tickets. I was 10 years old at the time and a huge Cowboys fan cause my mom was one. Me and my parents had those big starter jackets and gear that was out in the 90's and we had it on in the area. We weren't served at restaurants, we were harassed at the mall, grown women made comments to me in the bathroom about the fact I was a bit cold ("Guess you should get your parents to take you back to Texas...") and other stupidity. During the actual game we ended up next to some guys who put up a tarp so we didn't get hit with beer and stuff. The problem was some guys behind us, mind you I'm 10 yrs old, were yelling F DALLAS! over and over. My mom told the guy she'd toss him over the bars if he yelled that again. You'd just have to know her, but she'd have done it. My dad was threatened outside the mens bathroom with a gang-beating if he came into the restroom because of having a Dallas coat on.

I lived in Ohio for 15 years and I've never had anyone comment on me wearing Patriots gear (switched to Boston teams after I got back into sports when I got older after being in the city) and no one ever says anything to mom for having Cowboy apparel on. I will never go to Philly again after the way I was treated as a child and I have a poor outlook on their fans because of it. I know a lot of them aren't crappy, but come on man.

One of my favorite memories, as a Cowboy fan, was in the 90's, when Philly came to play an early regular season game at Texas Stadium. We got there early, and much of the crowd booed Philly, especially the QB. There was no spitting, as far as I could see, but the home crowd was vociferously against the Eagles that day. It was a unifed 'spirit' against an opposing team, that I do not ever remember experiencing at a Cowboy game before.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/13...darrell-bevell

In a post on her Facebook page, Delisa Lynch, Marshawn Lynch's mom, called offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell "the worst playcaller ever" and suggested he gave the ball to Lynch in a critical spot last Sunday in the Saint's game, to make up for the interception that ended Super Bowl XLIX.

That is exactly what I thought. Fist bump with Marshwan's Mom.

Quote:
During the offseason, the NFL couldn’t get out of its own way, as the Deflategate fiasco dominated the headlines and angered millions of fans. But once football starts, those fans can’t get enough.

In fact, the NFL says that with 19.9 million viewers for the average game, it was the most-watched Week One ever, topping the 19.6 million mark in Week One of 2013.

Football remains by far the most popular programming on American television: Of the 30 media markets that have NFL teams, an NFL game was the most-watched television program of the week in 29 of them. (The only exception was Cleveland, where the Ohio State-Virginia Tech game was the most-watched TV show last week.)

The most-watched game of the weekend was the Thursday night kickoff game between the Steelers and Patriots, which got 27.4 million viewers on NBC. Next was the Giants-Cowboys game on Sunday night, which drew 26.8 million viewers to NBC. CBS and FOX also topped 20 million viewers, with CBS getting 23.3 million viewers in the late afternoon window thanks mostly to Ravens-Broncos, and FOX getting 20.1 million viewers in the early afternoon window thanks mostly to Packers-Bears.

For all the off-field issues that seem to dominate NFL discussions in America, there may be nothing that can change the fact that Americans simply love the game on the field.
Mighty impressive numbers.

The Seahawks were playing the Rams, not the Saints.

Their rookie LT is just awful. Peyton is done, but if his OL didn't suck so bad, he wouldn't look as bad.

That Marcus Peters kid is pretty good considering he's a rookie and there is a fairly big learning curve for most rookie CBs

So far I would rather have him than combine phenom Byron Jones but it is very early in both of their careers.
