She is fed regularly to keep her strong for what comes natural to her…..hunting.
In fact, I think it may be safe to say that this is the only cyote in the world that has had the pleasure of feasting on filet mignon (we had leftovers several days after Memorial Day)…….and Hδagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream on a 100 degree day in SoCal. But that be another story, I’ll not bore you with. Suffice to say, the ice cream was the wifes and when she found out what happened to it, Penton-Man slept on the couch that night.

And nobody asked what be the name of the noble canine ?
I’ll provide a hint.
Think BB….for short.

CASINO Royale is a GREAT Movie and especially now in BD.

As you know i live in Lebanon a region located in middle east so i bought Casino Royale for $45 dollars.Again it deserves to be the movie of the Year.

Paidgeek,

Let me congratulate you for the outstanding BD titles done lately especially the one using AVC codecs.

Well, in light of recent news, Blockbuster would be a noble name for a noble animal. Close?

Keith Jack , or as I like to think of you……."Island Jack" i.e. played by Robin Williams …….

Speaking of China …………………
I don’t follow Micro$oft very closely as to what they do or what they don’t do so apologies if this has been posted somewhere on this forum before.

They do love to buy things…………http://news.zdnet.co.uk/software/0,1...9287599,00.htm

Despite their reputation........
"They (Microsoft) are too arrogant," said Liu, who served as deputy general manager of Microsoft China for a year and a half before leaving for Red Flag in 2000. "Microsoft thinks, 'We are No. 1. You have to buy our products."

Here is what I can tell you:

Video
MPEG2
29.4 Avg - 33 max

Audio
PCM - 4698
AC3 - 640

Coded for all regions.

The master did not knock me over the first time I saw it, but that was some time ago and a new one may have been created.

Paidgeek,
I noticed one of your posts on another website, stating that another large retailer will be going exclusive soon. Can you cast any additional light on that?

paidgeek,

With the recent flood of sub-par catalog releases from Universal being attributed to poor masters (presumably pre-existing), I was wondering if you could give as sense of how costly it is to go beyond the encoding from an existing master?

From what you've said it sounds like SPHE is doing a significant amount of re-mastering nowdays. Is Blu-ray sufficient to justify this, or is a DVD re-release a critical factor in the decision?

If an encoding of an existing master costs 100 units, how much is it for going beyond?

Gary

Paidgeek, o.k. I feel a little silly posting this, but it really bugs me. Since Immortal Beloved showed us that users can have an influence, I just give it a shot: is there any way, that Sony could stop using three security stickers for their BDs? I just received a couple of discs and 4 of them were Sony titles; well all 4 cases were destroyed during opening because of those stickers. I like to keep my things nice and clean and an ugly looking sticky case on a new movie is just a shame.
Since I'm not alone with my dislike I thought I bring it up. Warner for example only uses one sticker on the top.

Thanks for reading
