so I hit rank 3 w/Banshee tonight w/my Warlock. Didn't get the Rank 3 quest. is that b/c I'm lazy and haven't finished the rank 2 quest??

I know you all don't really care, but some lurker might.

Same weapon does the same damage across the range of light levels 270 to 290, and the same weapon with half the damage rating did 93% of the damage of the higher weapon, which really surprised me. But that raises the question of how much it really matters to clamor for the same weapon you might now have at 295 at a 305 level. The difference in max damage might actually be trivial. Because if there is a linear scale that holds true across all weapons, there may just be a 0.5% difference between the two guns. Maybe it's just a ruse to keep you hooked?

It may be that the best of the best weapons are all simply rated 300+, which would be the catch.

I dismantled a legendary Titan artifact and butt towel on my Hunter and didn't actually receive the legendary marks for them. My marks stayed at 40, even though dismantling both should have given me 6 marks total. Inshouldnhbe 46 marks now, but I'm stuck at 40. Anyone else have this issue??

Yea, I'm going to hate you now. Tried again last night from 8:30 to 11 and nothing, I've decided I'm going to get a sword and start working on bringing that up to 300.

Yes.

Speaking of lazy. I dismantled the first sword I got on my main character. This was before I had an understanding of the infusion system and before I realized there would only be one sword for one character. Thus, on a whim last night, I decided that I must have all 3. I ended up deleting my titan and getting the new titan to 270 before the reset.

I have to admit, some of the TTK story missions were tough, at level 25 without any decent weapons. It was good fun, though....and now I shall have all the swords.

yeah, I struck out several times with 2 different groups yesterday.

I'm beginning to think that I'm the weak link, I seem to be the common denominator in all of my failed attempts at that damn gun.

I got the Qullim's Terminus Maching Gun on the raid last night. Pretty sweet gun. Got some Raid arms as well.
I know exactly what to do in the Raid now. (Listen to others tell me what to do)
Pro Tip: if your mic is on Mute, you cant talk to anyone else.
