"Yes, we will be releasing a BluRay with both a 2D and 3D versions."

Hopefully we get a 3D release in the US. If not, then a region free UK release.

Artificial Eye discs are usually region-locked.

It would be silly for Alchemy to release this in 2D only though as "Love en 3D" is the film's major tagline.

still doesn't mention a 3D Blu-ray, and Amazon only has Blu-ray listed. I emailed Alchemy and will post here if I get a response.

Saw this in Toronto at the film festival. It is a lot more than just sex. It's more of an "inside look" at a young couple in love.
I really liked it for what it was, will be getting this.

It's also up on Amazon.de (German subtitles, of course). I wouldn't be too worried -- sometimes it takes a while to get these multiple version releases sorted out.
