I like Shade, I think that is his name. But I would not trust him. He clearly is good at using people and won't hesitate to leave your butt behind to save his. He is clearly smart and I hate to say it but is the type that at the expensive of others can survive.
Strand. Yeah, he's interesting (great acting, too). He's got some nice one liners and he's proving to be a fascinating character to watch.

[Show spoiler]Despite him taking the group to his house, I wouldn't trust him too much either.

Great episode, but my main criticism remains the same -- that this show is now full on The Walking Dead: Los Angeles. They skipped past a lot of the things they said we would see, mainly the whole "collapse and crumbling of civilization" part. I'm still on board for season 2, but I maintain that it's disappointing that they skipped past what the majority of us thought this series was going to be centered around.

Maybe I'm a sucker, but having "The Walking Dead" in the title ensured I'd never miss an episode.

Can't wait till Season 2. I think I might preorder the German steelbook. Then again might just go for the regular one.

[Show spoiler]Wow the end....craziness.

While I'm still not happy that they skipped so much of the initial breakdown, tonight's episode was enjoyable and I'm now looking forward to season 2.

I gotta say, that hallway walker scene was incredible. I always love my zombies in strobe lighting effects. And, damn...don't think we seen a helicopter decapitation on The Walking Dead before. That was cool.

one thing I found while watching this series......I was actually hoping for a couple of the main characters to die.

never had that feeling when watching the original series.

Yeah...I figured that was about to happen. After the other soliders didn't shoot him and he started heading to the back.

Also, when did Liza get bit? I'm guessing in the kitchen?

Yeah, that's my best guess to. Reminded me a lot of when
[Show spoiler]Bob was bit.
Didn't know about it until it was revealed.

Chris Hardwick is the biggest (and most well paid) tool amongst the FTWD apologists fanboy movement. If you can't get make a show good enough for people to like, spend more on marketing and gimmicky wrap-up show host to talk it up, and explain it to the laymen. I give it to AMC, they can force feed crap to an audience like Carl downing 110oz of out of date pudding.

What other show had a wrap-up show, FX's Sons of Anarchy, another poorly penned series reeking of desperation to keep their audience, determined to shape Kurt Sutter's nonsense plots into some semblance of packaged product ready for the masses.

I highly enjoyed the finale and the season as a whole. I'm really looking forward to season 2. Then again I don't poke holes in every single thing I watch.
