Ordered the Best Buy lenticular. Hopefully my copy will look better than the one morningtoke posted.

$19.99 - $5 My Best Buy certificate - 10% coupon ($2) = $12.99 + tax. Free Elite Plus shipping. Couldn't resist!

...is that it? I was hoping it would start with a single lamp, then it transforms into Aladdin holding the lamp and Genie popping out. Yea, it's too complex to pull off in lenticular form, but ideally I just want the lenticular cover to have the single lamp one-sheet.

I may consider gettin' the Target exclusive, even if it means paying $5 extra. Depends on the mood.

It will be $24.99 next week, and Target typically won't allow PMs of Exclusives, especially if it has a different DCPI in store.

Oh I like the shot without Genie on the lenticular. I wish for consistencies sake the title was vertical though.

What a strange comment. You're probably going to get a slipcover regardless of where you buy it from. Unless you go with the Target digibook, of course.

Thank you! I understand some people wishing they'd just use the 1:66 AR, but as far as I know, they animated it that way to protect it for theaters and home video. For theaters, they would just have to crop a bit off of the top & bottom; for 4:3 home video, they would just crop a bit off of the sides, which they probably decided would be better than doing the same to a 1:85 master.

Pms....price matches. DCPI....Data Center Physical Infrastructure...basically, the number they use to look up an item.

Ugh. Did the UK release alter the logo too? I grew up with the other logo; this is a major issue to me frankly.

Some people don't care. Example from the Spirited Away thread:

Not really, taking Blu-ray cases out and in slipcovers get on my nerves so I throw them away

You can send me $50 for the slipcover or otherwise it goes in the trash
