I absolutely loved JW, but I really don't think any of the criticisms people have of it are unwarranted. It's a severely flawed movie.

Can't find where this was being discussed... Is it correct that the $5 BB reward is online only and the early cinemanow code is in store only? So it's only one or the other? Thanks in advance

So I'm thinking the 2D and 3D tins will be put back on Amazon when the film is released next Tuesday. I know they're not on it now and I'm wondering if it's an issue between Amazon and Universal.

So, still no steelbook. I see a standard edition and a whole bunch of mindless trinkets for different stores. What a missed opportunity here.

Both deals are online. If you purchase the version with the CinemanNow code you won't get the $5.00 reward certificate I don't think.

I know that part. Its just the when is the part I don't know...
Is it when it ships?
Is it When I get the package?
Is it release day?
Is it the 2week period like they normally do?

Damn, I really have a feeling that Best Buy has the best deal on this release. While I still plan to get the majority of retailer exclusives, $20 is a helluva deal for blu, dvd, digital, shirt, and $5 My BBY points/CinemaNow code. Although, I would like to know if I can get everything or if it's BBY Points OR the cinemanow code. Anyone with a heads up, please let us know! Thanks!

If you want a steelbook, the UK steelbook seems to be region-free, and has the 3D disc as well, if that's your thing.

Well it looks like the 3D tin packaging is back online at Walmart albeit a higher price than Best Buy now.

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Jurassic-W...d-Tin/45630808

Best Buy now has it for $27.99. If Amazon doesn't restock this I will be getting the 3D tin from Best Buy.

I am going with the standard 2D SKU I think. I love 3D, but I do my best to avoid 100% conversions.

Yeah, and I honestly thought the 3D wasn't the best in the theater. I preferred it in 2D anyway.

He noticed, that's why the $5 and cinemanow is separated by a slash, versus everything else that is commas.

Just sitting around today and bing goes my phone...another email from Best Buy with another CinemaNow code. I did have issues with my original code...but a week and a half later, uh, thanks Best Buy!

In case anyone is interested or didn't know, if you go to the official movie website for JW (http://www.jurassicworldmovie.com), it has a helpful listing of each and every one of the limited edition sets/store exclusives in the US, as well as where you can purchase them. Skimming through the listings, one thing does stand out to me that I hadn't noticed elsewhere: under the store exclusives, there is a picture of the 2D collector’s tin available at Target with the Bonus Content sticker attached, leading me to believe that whatever bonus content Target is advertising will be included with other releases in-store than just the standard 3D copy. I'm still itching to have official confirmation if the bonus content is disc-based, because it'll be a personal deal-breaker for me if the content is streaming.

Personally, I'm rather disappointed in the store exclusives for JW as well. No steelbooks, no digibooks, no metalpaks/futurepaks. Just a bunch of round tin cans, quasi-mysterious "bonus content", a shirt from BB that fits only a percentage of the people interested (I wear an XXL, so f**k me right?), and a lunchbox. It would be nice if the tin cans had some sort of plastic display stand for each one, like the MAN OF STEEL Limited Edition Metal "S" set had included, but wishful thinking gets one nowhere. This was one of my favorite movies of the year, fourteen years in anticipation, and it just deserves better treatment than this, IMO.

Hey, you're forgetting about Barnes & Noble's exclusive posters and FYE's exclusive tote bag!

Forgive me if this has already been talked about...but is this available in a Steelbook? I thought it was but maybe I was mistaking it for another release.
