Official PS4 Missing Games Database (Any Region)

I figured we would like to keep track of games missing on PS4 on this site for those who want to add a "Retail" Copy of your game to your collection but can't find it.

I'll update this list once said title gets added to the database. If you have submitted a game on this list, feel free to share!

Rules Updated,

This list is compiled of all regions & since the PS4 is region free, I'll only take down game titles off this list that can be found in the database regardless of region, Collector's Editions etc etc. Reason being is we have multipule releases of one game & 0 database entries for a different game.

*note* All these titles have already been released Retail. I will update thread for future titles not yet released so it's not exclusive for games only out now.

I submit games into the database sometimes but there is so many to keep track of on how many are missing. (I submit for most if not all game formats and usually do niche games). I also like to obtain the coverart for the games on Gamefaqs.com since they most of the time have good coverart.

I haven't submitted all 3 versions of Yoru no Nai Kuni(aka Land Of No Night), all 3 versions of Atelier Sophie, The Witch And The Hundred Knight: Revival Edition, Disgaea 5 Limited Edition, Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force, YU-NO: Konoyo no Hate de Koi o Utau Shoujo, Odin Sphere: Leifdrasir, Megadimension Neptunia VII(U.S.), both versions of Koihime Enbu. the Nobunaga series, Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul, Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition, Sengoku Basara 4: Sumeragi, JOYSOUND.TV Plus, Blade Arcus From Shining EX, Gal*Gun: Double Peace and many more.

By versions I mean on more than 1 Playstation system.

I find that often DL only games are not being added. Latest example is SOMA. Hell, a game like Rocket League isn't even in there. Granted it debuted as a "free" game on PS+, but it costs money now and should be a part of the database (as should SOMA).

Yes the way the site is set-up is to include only retail/physical versions of games. I don't mind this but it may be a possible future change to the site since UV & iTunes digital codes are now accepted.. then again those digital films are linked to a physical purchase so.. maybe not.

Sometimes finding a good cover art is harder then the actual submission. I find all of mine through Google since you can search by image resolution. The rare releases like you mention can be a bit more time consuming to find. I add titles from time to time but usually only from NA region as most PS4 searches will hit with the U.K. region.

I never count download-only titles or even titles that are available both in retail and on the PSN Store when making my submissions. I think it should be Retail games only.

Well like I mentioned, Gamefaqs is a good site to use for coverart. Has coverarts for all regions. Though with Japanese titles you may sometimes have to search by a romanized version of the title. (Meaning writing the Japanese words with the English alphabet but without translating it).

Never submitted a PS4 game from Game.co.uk before so I gots to ask what is their ID for a game?

The only thing I found & submitted for the uncharted game in this area was the SKU. Is that their ID?

Can't seem to find Life is Strange on here. I know that might not be a retail copy or whatever, but Outlast is in the database and as far as I know that's digital only.

Also, if there's a way to add games/titles, I'm not sure how to do it. New-ish.

Digital ain't available for your collection now, just retail. It appears it will remain that way for the unforeseeable future.

Outlast shouldn't be in the database.

It's even worse on the PS3 section. There are PS2 games in the PS3 database. And I mean those downloadable PS2 Classics games and there's even PS1 games just because they're on the PS3 PSN Store as well. If it was like a HD version of 1 of those games that had a physical release like the PS2 HD Collections, now those I would understand of being in the database.

Agree, it's frightening looking at the PS3 section. I'm not sure why it happens but I have a theory. If a game is popular enough, people will request to mods these games get approved. With no UPC or any physical stamp on the digital title, only a mod could approve a digital version. Again just thinking out loud.
