I was going to chain run strikes tonight to get my gear level up and use three of coins, etc.

I noticed when I did the nightfall the other day, the drops I got were in the 260's and 270's, with the exception of the exotic engram that dropped for me, it was a bit worthless...hopefully that gets fixed before I jump on the nightfall for this week!

That's good, looking forward to that. Probably not gonna do this week's Nightfall since all the modifiers are so ridiculous and the current rewards do not seem worth fighting through it

I agree, I'll also be skipping this weeks Nightfall.

Well the update notes don't say added any exotics just more shards.

Yup. Similar junk. Doesn't seem to be worth doing at the moment.

The nightfalls for the past three weeks (including last night) on all of my three characters have been worthless in terms of rewards. Didn't get a single exotic item. Either a legendary item or 12 strange coins. I actually rely on the three of coins to get new Y2 exotics which doesn't drop often.

Yes it is, you just haven't gotten to that point. Soon you will be grinding raids for 310 armor because you are only getting 302-305 drops of the same thing week after week. At least before I knew when I got boots I was good to go, now I need to farm 15 pair to get the right light level and hope the perks don't suck. Technically, it's worse than ever before....

I got a 270 butt towel, a 275 Purple body and 5 3 of coins!!!

Im ok with the 3 of coins lol

I agree. We were thinking it might have been covert. To prevent people from farming it, similar to Gorgon chest.

What is there in the game that you need to be 310 for?

Maybe that. But as of now, with only a single guardian at level 40, I really can't grind anything. Which is fine, because I'm in the longest stretch of the last eleven years of my life without a weekday off of work, and an even longer stretch without the wife having the same day off.

And maybe, by the time I get to that point, you'll be able to spend 1000 silver on a chance to reroll the light level of your armor for a chance to get a 310, and I can just spend $100 rather than 100 hours.

By the way, people really like the kiss blowing emote.
