Man I have league bowling tonight. They have Tv's there on every lane and will most definitely have the game on but hopefully I'll be done in time to get home before halftime. Even if my Eagles lose I'll still have something to be happy about tonight.

Got my ticket to the IMAX 3D midnight showing! I accidentally selected the seat next to where I normally sit (fussy I know), and was considering going into the cinema to see if I could swap it. I checked the seating on their webpage and the screen is nearly sold out already!

I remember a time when iTunes used to include 5.1 AAC encoded audio into the trailers they release. Do they still do that?

I honestly have no idea. I don't have 5.1 capability anyway so I needn't bother to look unless I upgrade soon. It doesn't matter to me though. This is Star Wars we're talking about. And as someone who loves ALL of them, including and especially the much maligned prequels, this film has my dollars already in hand for the month of December.

I liked it too. I saw a guy on Joblo complaining about the new Death Star thing and I have no problem with it. It makes sense that if the film is dealing with leftover remnants of the Empire trying to make another comeback then it stands to reason that they would try again. I'm just excited all over for this. It's going to be epic.

For some reason I haven't been very excited for this movie lately, not like I was a couple months ago anyway. Hopefully tonight's trailer will change all that.

It's probably better in the long run to not read threads like this; too easy to get jaded the more you read, lol

I let nothing jade me. Excitement can come and go in waves dude. Too many people have their own expectations and want their expectations met regardless of whether or not the film would be better for it. I just want a fun film. Because that is what Star Wars is at its very core.

When quicktime pro 7 was first released and you purchased a registered version it allowed you do download trailers from their site by right clicking on the bottom right hand corner doing a 'save as'. Some of them were in 5.1. Haven't seen it in years. Just wondering if they moved that functionality or something similar to iTunes and that's why I haven't see it?

And they are not really that thrilling. People can complain about the prequels all they want but at least when you saw those trailers and such, they got you hyped for the movie.
