One of the many reasons I've given up on purchasing from Amazon. Last April it took them 2 weeks exactly to mail my free shipping order of about $50 when everything was in stock at time of order and for those 2 weeks as well. Ridiculous. Non prime customers are getting the shaft in every way possible and I'm not standing for it myself.

I'm really digging the look of it. Reminds me of the case for the Public Image Ltd. album "Metal Box".

Thankfully managed to sneak in an in-store pick-up request for that copy a few minutes ago.

Quite a fun movie. After some other feedback I'd read, I went in with lowish expectations. I was pleasantly surprised.

The 3D was just spectacular.

My only complain was that little kid. What is up with that awful hair? Is he bald and wearing some dead animal on his head? It was so distracting-ly bad...

My shirt came in today as well. Just wished the movie did too. But oh well I'll probably pick it up tomorrow after work. I was trying upload a few pictures but they failed. I tried both with my cell phone and PC and nothing. How do I upload pictures on here?

I'm on the fence about whether I should order the tins online or get them in-store. Are they as likely to be damaged as a SteelBook?

I typically try to get Steelbooks in-store so I can ensure I don't get a mangled copy.

Amazon's shipping speeds are heavily dependent on where you live. If you don't live in a major metropolitan area with an Amazon warehouse nearby, your orders are going to take a bit longer. Since I live just a few miles from Amazon's largest warehouse in Arizona, even my "No Rush" orders arrive days ahead of schedule.

Nope, that was really his hair. How'd you like the last 20 minutes?

Mine came in the usual Best Buy cardboard "pouch" with an extra piece of board on one side. Arrived in great shape. Can't say how they would ship if you got more than one or the whole set. My Ultron Steel was a little scratched but not dented in the same packaging.

When I got 2x Interstellar Neo-Pack from them, they sent them 4 days before release on May 27. That was with Free Standard Shipping.

I think this is true because when I send something to my brother in TN, it usually arrives in 3 days or 5 at most with free shipping.

Yeah, good. It wasn't one of those high octane action films where the action drags on so long without any story or anything new happening that I start to loose interest (and frequently fall asleep I get so bored). It kept it engaging.

2.00 AR? That sounds weird. Wasn't Frozen something like that? It bothered me when I watched it.

EDIT: Frozen was 2.24.

Super super frustrated!

I pre-ordered the bookends/figurene sit back in June/July. Checked my Amazon account and it said that they were arriving on Thursday! I was soo angry because I'm a prime member and it should arrive the day the movie released.
Contacted Amazon and they upgraded it to 1 day shipping and supposedly it's supposed to arrive tomorrow... It hasn't even shipped yet!!!

I guess theres no one right answer with who to go with for shipping.

I personally hate ordering from best buy online. I always get new releases well after the release date from them. Never once have I gotten something on time.

Amazon however, always gets me my new releases on the day before or the actual release day. Im a prime member so I'm not sure if that helps.

With that being said, Ill be at my local best buy bright and early to get first crack at this movie, and hopefully snag a t-shirt (if they're carrying them in the store).

I saw some mention of it looking grainy. Im no big video guy, but ill be watching it on my new 85" Samsung 4K so I can report back on how it looks.

I don't think I've ordered any release day movies from Best Buy. I just do in store pick up with them since I don't have to worry about it being late. I had this pre-ordered at Best Buy and it would have been my first one but I switched to Amazon for their $5 deal. I valued that over a shirt I'll probably never wear but both are cool.

I'd still go with Amazon if I needed something shipped because if it did come late for whatever reason, they usually toss you a $5 credit to make up for it. Best Buy and other places won't do that.

I didn't get the shipping notification from Amazon for Jurassic World until this evening but it's still scheduled to arrive tomorrow so we'll see. It should be fine.

I got my shirt. But I'm a fat guy so a size large won't be fitting me.

My JP1 came in today.
Was very messed up, crushed in on 4 spots.
I called my 2 local Best Buys.
They only got in enough of the Trilogy Tins to cover the Pre-orders.
Called BB.com, they are shipping another one out now, I should get it before I get Jurassic World!
JP2 and JP3 came perfect.

Not for nothing, but ALL Pre-Orders, Prime Accounts and Non-Prime Accounts should get their Pre-Orders no later than Release Day!
Otherwise, what is the point of a Pre-Order?
