Good call, I didn't even take that into account... And the DC is better, IMHO. As of now, only Expendables 3 had multiple versions on one disc, but that's thanks to it being the only PG-13 film in the trilogy and needs an "unrated" cut. I think only Expendables 2 was the only film in the trilogy to have only one cut.

In conclusion, I cannot confirm whether or not these will be steelbooks. I apologize.

Edit: They do LOOK like steelbooks, but they could very well be metalpaks. The picture for the Pixels metalpak appears as if it IS a steelbook, but I can confirm that they are indeed metalpaks (received them a few days ago).

I am thinking BestBuy will have a wall dedicated to the Steelbooks/metalcases on this coming Sunday. They will probably have the 4 Pop Art wave 2 steelbooks, the Christmas Vacation, and if these are metal, these too.

Thats my guess.

I dont want to be the first ginny pig to order this online.

Best Buy says no stores within 250 miles of my zip has this. I'm hoping they're steelbooks, would be a nice surprise.

Might have some good news. My buddy who works at Best Buy checked the inventory on these 3. This picture is for #2. Description says BBYSTEELBOOK. Hopefully someone didn't mis-enter a MetalPak as a steelbook (I've seen it before on the price labels).

I don't own any of these yet either. I am curious what cuts these will have on them though.

And of course, I'm sure Expendables 4, 5, & 6 are already in the works and won't match when they're released.

The rss system for the Wisconsin stores are getting 7 to 9 per title in the future. But not this week

I bit the bullet and placed an order for them. I am supposed to get them by Wednesday. I really hope they are STEELBOOKS or I'll just return them to the store.

The issue will be which version of the first movie is going to be included. Both have their good points and bad points.
