With all the backlash of the overuse of DNR for season one, I don't think they used any for R part 1, and that's why it's so grainy. But I'd rather have the grain than have detail wiped out.

There's a scene in season one where it's raining, but you don't see any of the rain. It all got wiped away.

Viz released an update to the SE issues. They sent me this on a tweet.

The alien arc looked ok, but as soon as Chibi Usa showed up, there was this gross warm filter look for the rest of the episodes. Is this what you meant?

Sailor Moon: Season 1, Part 2 is $19.99 at best buy and amazon don't know how long the sale going to last or if its a glitch. i wished i waited but i got from rightstuf so i can get there incentive although i think i just want there coin i could do with out the art cards

Yeah, I noticed that yesterday and I was a tad irritated by it. I paid $52.99 for it on RS when it first came out. The art cards aren't enough to ease my pain.

That's just the nature of the business. No one buys a video game console with the expectation it is going to be that price forever.

Yeah but you don't expect anime to go down THAT much though. Especially when it's companies like Viz. I'm surprised they didn't say "no, don't go that low" to the retailers.

I hope viz media puts a regulation on the price. It's rediculas I've see 3 different prices for this set.

Both Part 1 and Part 2 of Season 1 is currently $19.99 on the BBY website but are priced at $46.99 on the endcap in store.

That's not entirely true. I've gotten a ton of anime for really low prices.

BTW, when items go on sale (sale not clearance), it is the manufacturer who has the business put it on sale and that store is then given credit for each item sold on sale. Thus, Viz is the one who told them to put it on sale for that price.

I'm pretty sure everyone who watches it will be aware of the fault. It's such an obvious mistake.
