Interesting, I got a call from my mom the other day saying
"Hey Brian, I am getting Fios installed the 28th I decided to make the move to HD, I figured while I was at it I would go ahead and get a blu-ray player too." I sold her my BDP-1000 so she could get into blu-ray cheap with a stable player that has very few hours on it. I in turn purchased the BDPs300 with the money she gave me. Now she is upgrading to a 60" SXRD 1080p and re-doing her surround sound too  see the influence we have? As for your sister, I would say now is the time to jump in. If the price goes down within 30 days, she can bring it back and price match. If it doesn't then she has had it for the last 30 days...ya dig?
