I'm guessing the price will drop as they aren't going to sell many of these at that price. For $10 I might bite on a couple.

Agreed. Wanting the Equalizer but not for that price. The others I'm interested in, I already have so I won't double dip.

Best Buy America seem to have got all the steels except for the new Evil Dead one, which is the one I really wanted.

I picked up Bridge on the River Kwai and Equalizer. They're not steelbooks.

If it walks like a steelbook, and talks like a steelbook, it must be a MetalPak? They sure look like steelbooks to me too.

The US versions (the reason this thread got relegated to the metalpak forum

) didn't picture steelbooks, just a plain cover, straight on. A steelbook description + a steelbook photo sounds good to me. Hope to see this moved back to the steelbook forum soon.

You can import the Zavvi Equalizer steelbook for £7.99 iirc but I think it is region B locked.

Many of these were available cheaper for Canadians through http://www.amazon.it. That is where I ordered LAWRENCE OF ARABIA.

There is nothing to say that these aren't SteelBooks, just because the US didn't get them.

Very true, but like it was said before everything in the US stated steelbooks as it still does on the US BB website and they are metalpacks so no one will know until they get them in their hands.

Regardless, it is still cheaper to import from the EU for me so that is going to me my route.
