My game came yesterday. Unfortunately between it and the other 4 I got, I no longer have space to install/download them. I bought a 2tb HDD which should arrive tomorrow though

people complained that DS2 was easy and they made it much harder in the remaster, and the same with Bloodborne, look at the difficulty jump from the main game to DLC

I'm getting tired of the difficulty of these games. I think now they are just making them hard to hype them.

With the latest patch the dungeons now beef up in toughness to mirror your NG++++ etc....WHY? Why would you do that? In a cursed dungeon with half your life against Bosses? Makes no sense really.

I enjoy the games but enough is enough. Make it challenging not stupid.

Bloodborne is challenging without being stupid. I'm actually getting tired of dumbed down easy games. Playing Arkham Knight right after Blooborne was a joke. I could have finished Batman with my eyes closed.

I found both Bloodborne's and Demon's Souls' difficulties hard but fair. The Old Hunter, on the other hand, is made for co op I think, because bosses can lock on, do devastating combos (one combo can finish your entire health) and they can basically attack you from across the room, so you need another player to distract them.. come to think of it, even regular mobs can kill you with one combo

the fact that DS3 will have 4 players co op is worrying lol

It is, but I'm hoping the combat learns a bit from Bloodborne in being more fluid than in Dark Souls 1 and 2. Part of the reason I'm so much better at Bloodborne, I think, is that I can play it a bit like a heavier/ weightier Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry, while in Dark Souls 2 I had a hard time getting used to the slower movement.

Then again, 4 player co-op may be a blessing, as I only beat a single boss in my time with Dark Souls 2.

Problem is when the online dies down and you cant find 3 other players will the bosses still be manageable?

PSA for new players hunting trophies, there's something wrong with the Hunter's Essence trophy that requires you to re-buy the first 3 starter weapons after you get all the rest.

True, didn't even think of that. I guess the game will be just like Dark Souls 2 was to me, then, something I wanted to get into but just can't get good enough to advance any further.

I doubt that will happen. Theres always people still playing demon's-bloodborne still.

In the major PvP sections yes but not on all maps.
Hell I spent the better part of 30 mins this morning just trying to find some co-op in the DLC

time of day is a big factor too ... i never have much luck with help in the day if i take a day off but i have had no problems at night ///


BTW last night my first 2 coop players were "cooperators" then the next 3 were " CONFEDERATE" and one had a bad ass backward looking banjo weapon ... what are they ??

The ones titled "confederate" have that new Rune equipped I believe. There are a couple Runes that you equip to build points in a couple factions. There's the new faction of Old Hunters and there was the previous one the Vilebloods. The crazy thing is if you have the rune equipped for the Old Hunters and you summon someone to help, if they happen to have the Vileblood rune on, you'll be able to attack each other. Rival factions and all of that.

thats pretty cool ... we all died on vicar though .. made it to his trasnformation then i didnt know about his little sword slam wave attack thing ... lost over 300,000 echoes too

Remember that not everyone has the DLC yet. Personally, I don't think I've had to wait more than 5 mins to be summoned in the main game. I waited quite a bit longer as a Beckoner on a couple of bosses, but that was rare.

Then again, I have my network settings on "worldwide", and I typically play at night (GMT -5).

Anyway my character is at the beginning of new game plus 4. Damn. I'll try & sped run it later to the church.
