Not a bad weekend of Destiny. Got my 3 raids done, 3 trials with 1 flawless run. Best of all was taking Fuz's friend into his first ever raid. Of course we decided normal is no way to start so took him straight into the Hard and actually cleaned up making a nice jump from 290 to 310ish?

WTF? It's really not that difficult.

I don't mind the call out or the aura but think its just boring sitting there waiting for adds. A good Aura holder though can really extend the dps though so I don't mind it.

Red Death comes in handy when your the Aura holder since your a bullet sponge while stand out in the open looking for adds.

so we s/b good to go at 8 tonight......we're just doing the Warpriest right?? maybe i'll stay on after we're done and i'll start collecting hadium flakes and calified fragments for that damn touch of malice.

my other little brother (Dusty's twin) said he wants to raid w/us some time too......but he's only 290 and i don't know if he's run a regular raid on the ps4 yet.

I guess but then you have to get the spindle back on when you don't get it for dps. We normally run 2 titans so we always have a blessings and weapons so just run in and out to kill when needed.

Yes, and I asked who was doing what so I could bring the Black Spindle or Red Death to the fight. My Titan carries 24 sniper rounds however if I need to switch guns the ammo takes a big hit.

I will do what ever is needed. It would be best for the 3 lower level guys to be the Aura guys and let the Higher lvl guys concentrate on damage.

I just say that cause i'm a higher lvl guy and I don't want to do the Aura.

The aura is not so bad, but I think it's become like the shield in VoG. Some guys probably just refuse to do it, even if they are the ones who should.

I had to be one of the primary aura guys this past weekend for the first time, as I was not one the higher DPS guys in these groups that had 320 Spindles. Like I sad, not so bad, but it could have been better. Not being used to the rhythm, I know I could have gained a few seconds of DPS, had I relaxed a little. It's easier to start out with it, than pick it up when the someone dies, though, for sure.
