Finally received my Terminator Genisys Steelie I ordered from BB on Black Friday. Seems the discs or something are moving around inside, should I go in to the store and exchange it for another? Is that something they would let me do?

Also, on a related note, I think it is bush league that during Black Friday in store the T:G steelies were 'sold out' yet a few days after when back at regular price I easily found three copies.

I personally thought they were pretty good about it. I pre-ordered that one at full pop and as soon as the flyer came out, sent them an email about it. They refunded me the difference

unless the disc is scratched why would u exchange it. its pretty hard to scratch up a bluray anyway.

I don't know if it is scratched as I haven't opened it. Wouldn't be able to return it if it was opened I would think. Just wondering if anything could be broken in there like the thingy that holds the disc. I don't know.

If you open it and the disc is scratched or the inside of the case is broken, they will exchange it.

As was said, it's extremely unlikely the BD is scratched, there's nothing in the case hard enough to scratch it. That's another good thing about them. OTOH, if there's a DVD and that came loose, and you care about it... Do they have stock in-store to exchange with?

if u open it and its damaged they will either exchange it or give your money back if they have none instock

even if the steelbook is out of stock they could open a normal copy to give u a disc if they have to.
