Read about that a few days ago. Seriously? Meaning if Disney gave in to their demands all would be right with the world and we can sing Kumbaya?

Typically, the purpose of making an unreasonable demand is not to have that demand be met... the purpose is to use that un-met demand as an excuse for doing something inexcusable.

It wouldn't surprise me. I remember a few years ago seeing Harry Potter spoilers in the comments of random youtube videos that had nothing to do with the movie just to mess with people.

I pretty much correctly assumed that I wouldn't be able to see The Force Awakens in time to watch it "spoiler free." There were a loud group of teens discussing the movie next to us at a restaurant the other night and I've also run across other spoilers since online. So a movie this anticipated and hyped, it can be tough to go in with a fully blank slate when everyone's talking about it. And sometimes the major spoilers are leaked ahead of time, so an 'early screening' a day or two before wide release doesn't even always work.

I'm not in a major rush to see this among the frenzy and holiday traffic and am instead looking forward to seeing it at my own convenience in 70mm IMAX. It should be worth the wait, even if some of the key moments I know ahead of time.

Stupid Star Wars! I got it so much on the brain that I don't want to watch anything else right now.

Just came back from the theater. *looks at shelf* Hmm, A New Hope? Empire Strikes Back? Return of the Jedi?...............You know, I think there is late showtime still left in a half hour.......?

Brick, Looper, and Breaking Bad are a hell of a resume. Some people love The Brothers Bloom as well.

Hey, something funny happened to me during Star Wars. Like the rest of you, I've watched Star Wars a lot. And after all these years and all these viewings one thing I tend to do now is not read the preliminary scroll. It's when I adjust the volume of my speakers, or go get some chips or something. So, out of habit, this one was half way up the screen before I realised that I've never seen this film before and I better read it. I caught up, and didn't miss a word, but felt a little silly for it. Anyone else experience anything like this?

I was too busy wiping tears from my eyes to properly read the text

B. Treading more new ground would've made this perfect to me. I'm glad some of the rumors were untrue. I still liked it tho!

I know what you mean. As soon as I got home I watched A New Hope and then today I watched The Empire Strikes Back. Inbetween all that I've been on here chatting about it with you guys...lol

I'll probably go watch "EPVII: A Newer Hope" again this week.

It seems that, the more people are looking forward to a movie, the more previews we have to sit through.

I'll break mine down that I saw before The Force Awakens at my theater...

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows

No. Just...no.

Warcraft
This just makes me realize how inferior every other sci-fi/fantasy franchise is to Star Wars. Haha.

Independence Day: Resurgence
I'll probably see this one, but I'll keep trying to talk myself out of going to see it.

X-Men: Apocalypse
I loved First Class and I liked Future Past okay, but nothing about this new sequel trailer quickened my pulse.

Captain America: Civil War

I cannot wait for this one (and not just because I worked as a background extra during the filming).

Zootopia
This trailer got me laughing, because the sloths...were...just...like...real...D...M...V...e mployees. I'll probably skip it at the theater, though.

The 5th Wave

I'm interested in this one, because it looks like a cool flick, it was filmed here in Atlanta, and I want to see some familiar places getting destroyed. I'll never be able to take the father seriously, though, since he's the guy from Office Space.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Trailers that put me to sleep and where to find them.
My trailers:
London has Fallen

**** yeah, that film looks ridiculously awful, sign me up now!

Independence Day: Resurgence

Again, looks mindless and fun, just hope Emmerich lays off the sub-plots and characters and avoids a three hour endurance test.

Warcraft (The Beginning as it's dubbed over here)

Man, why does Duncan Jones have to be tied to a product that looks so dull.

X-Men: Apocalypse

I'm pretty much on the exact same page as you, First Class was first class, Future Past was fine, but this one is lacking in something. Got a feeling it will deliver though.

Captain America: Civil War

One woman yelled oh no, I guess she just thought it was another Avengers flick. Probably the strongest trailer out of the whole lot, looks quite dramatic and interesting, excited to see it.

I'm gonna get some flack here, but 3.5/5... and it fluctuates down towards 3/5 depending on if I focus on something too long

See I thought something like that just after watching it, but the longer it sits with me, the more confident I am about how much I really enjoyed it.
