my corrections:

Tier 0 should not be about a pure, clean picture, it should be about accuratly representing the director's intent for how the movie should look.

POTC 1 should be taken out of Tier 0 and placed in Tier 1
No Country for Old Men should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 0
Transforemers should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 0
Planet Earth should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 2 or possibly 3
300 should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 2
Troy should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 2
Batman Begins should be taken out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 3
Blade Runner should be take out of Tier 1 and placed in Tier 0

Additions:
2001: A Space Odyssey should be placed in Tier 1
The Shining should be placed in Tier 1
Close Encounters of the Third Kind should be placed in Tier 0
A Few Good Men should be added to Tier 1
Cloverfield should be added to Tier 0
Ice Age 2: The Meltdown should be added to Tier 1
The Departed should be added to Tier 2
Finding Neverland should be added to Tier 4
Van Wilder should be added to Tier 4
The Untoucables should be added to Tier 1
Full Metal Jacket should be added to Tier 2
Surf's Up should be added to Tier 0
