Important PIF announcement. We have heard you, and we have listened...We have 2 new rules:

1. From here on out IOUs are no longer allowed. This is for the best interest of PIF and its members. To be clear, you can still offer early releases as long as the codes are in hand and ready to send.

2. From here on out an unsuccessful claim will give you a 24 hour timeout from claiming in 3.0. After the 24 hours is up, you may claim again. It does not matter if you add a "skip me anytime" clause. If your claim is unsuccessful you take the timeout for 24 hours. To avoid this it is suggested you put your best offers forward and maybe even offer a take 2 or 3 to avoid getting rolled back.
